FLASH UPDATE: Industry Outlet Confirms Carlos (@spainbuca) as ATC at Borispol in Kiev

ETN received information from an air traffic controller in Kiev on Malaysia Airlines flight MH17.
This Kiev air traffic controller is a citizen of Spain and was working in the Ukraine. He was taken off duty as a civil air-traffic controller along with other foreigners immediately after a Malaysia Airlines passenger aircraft was shot down over the Eastern Ukraine killing 295 passengers and crew on board.
The air traffic controller suggested in a private evaluation and basing it on military sources in Kiev, that the Ukrainian military was behind this shoot down. Radar records were immediately confiscated after it became clear a passenger jet was shot down.
Military air traffic controllers in internal communication acknowledged the military was involved, and some military chatter said they did not know where the order to shoot down the plane originated from.
Obviously it happened after a series of errors, since the very same plane was escorted by two Ukrainian fighter jets until 3 minutes before it disappeared from radar.
Radar screen shots also show an unexplained change of course of the Malaysian Boeing. The change of course took the aircraft directly over the Eastern Ukraine conflict region.
Some tweets received suggest this may have been a secret military uprising against the current Ukrainian president under the direction of formerly-jailed Prime Minister Timoshenko.
According to other rumors, the black box for this crashed Malaysian Airlines flight was taken by Donetsk separatists. A spokesperson for the rebel group said this black box would be sent to the Interstate Aviation Committee headquartered in Moscow.
The First Deputy Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Donetsk, Andrew Purgin, stated that the flight recorders of the crashed aircraft will be transferred to Moscow for examination.
Sources say the Rebel group leadership hopes this would confirm the Ukrainian military actually shot down this aircraft. This was reported by the news agency Interfax-Ukraine.

Look at this way.. when the experts confirm it was a missile.. they are going to investegate the millitary.. If they dont allow the experts to investegate, you will get problems with countries like: the netherlands, belgium ( most leaders of the EU ) but also, the USA, canada, australia, malaysia, germany. they have to allow the experts to check the millitary.. what they did that day.. so they will find out who it was.

Re what actually happened with MH17, there are indications that UA military were using civilian planes to piggy-back fighter jets behind them, to bomb the rebels’ strongholds. There is a video on youtube, posted a month ago, where a militiaman complains that UA fighter jets that bombed them came behind a civil passenger plane. Is it possible that UA military were trying to use the same tactic on the day when MH17 went down? This would explain why they diverted the airliner father north from its usual route and made it fly 2000 feet lower.
This would mean that MH17 was probably shot down by the rebels who thought that it was a UA cargo plane accompanied by 2 fighters. Though this version of events does not fit Carlos’ account about the discrepancy in info between the military and interior ministries personnel.. and his insistence that the missile was fired by the UA side. ..but how did he become privy to this info? Surely the military did not reveal this to foreign traffic controllers, so this must have been an assumption on his part, or he heard it, perhaps from someone else -? (But in any rate, of course Carlos in Borispol would know better than I behind my comp on the other side of the world.)
In any rate, even if UA did not shoot the plane, them using it as a shield to sneak 2 fighter jets into the rebel territory is enough to put the blame squarely on them. But if it turns out that, in addition, they (UA ground forces) were the ones who shot it down… well, Kiev will get what’s coming to them. Fully.

It’s not a tower-controller’s job to follow flights in cruise. Given that, why would authorities come to Kiev tower , take control or even confiscate useless material?? Does not make any sense!

And this is something what the Dutch media (NOS-Journal, RTL-News etc.) never showed to us by now….The downing of MH-17 is a clear staged hoax, ment to put the blame of this horribel and gruesame tragedy with President Vladimir Putin…Furthermore, it is Premier Poroshenko who is the warring party, while Putin is very restraint regarding his actions.

Posted by Gauthier | Jul 20, 2014, 22:15I left a comment here the other day. Initially I believed “Carlos the controller”. But then I came across a lot of info that could discredit him, but none of it would matter –and indeed could be explained ‘away’– IF ONLY he twitted in real time.
But his first twit was at 10:21 PDT, which can still be seen in google cache. PDT is Pacific Daylight Time, which is UTC-7. This makes his first twit at 17:21 UTC, which is several hours after the event and even hours after the news broke.
Too bad no one else was interested in such a simple thing as timing of his twits. Again, if only they were in real time or at least before the news was widely reported.. ..but hours after the fact.. what a waste of time.
