Very enlightening and I thank you, Gleb, for presenting it and for the team that translated and subtitled it. Excellent.

Putin is so crisp, with a sense of humor, a classical legalistic mind that reveres the Rule of Law and Constitutional responsibilities. Russia is blessed to have such a talent with moral point of view as its leader. He is flexible but does not give ground on matters of principle. And international law is one of his fundamental guideposts.
