Yesterday’s evening artillery strikes caused multiple fires in Cherevkovka; luckily, though, there are no victims—the civilian population has by now learned to hide well. Moreover, around half have already left.
One of our “remote” saboteur-intelligence groups (“DRG”) reported a successful ambush—they attacked a column [of the enemy] near Izyum. One “BTR” APC and four vehicles were hit. Once they return to the “mainland,” we’ll have additional details.
Yesterday, our fighters fired a rocket at an aircraft near Kramatorsk. The outcome is unclear. More likely than not it was a miss.
Yesterday, the detachment of Alexander Mozgovoi (to be precise, by now it’s a battalion of the 1st Brigade of the Militia, now being formed) attacked the enemy’s base of operations to the north of Lisichansk. Thanks to carefully gathered intelligence, the attack culminated in the complete defeat and routing of the enemy. Three “BTR” APCs were destroyed and over thirty “NatsGvardiya” were eliminated. In addition, several dozen [original: “tens”] were wounded.
Right now the “sighs” of heavy artillery can be heard to the side of the city. We are investigating: was it caused by the attack we planned yesterday or by their own designs?
