Оно было написано коллективом издателей Vineyardsaker.fr и Vineyardsaker.ru, и опубликовано на соответствующих веб-сайтах, а также первоначальником данного проекта, блоггером The Vineyard Saker. Я безоговорочно поддерживаю The Vineyard Saker в его инициативах и сотрудничаю с ним в нашем совместном проекте по прорыву пропагандистской блокады западных СМИ в отношении войны в Новороссии, которая ведется нацистским (мы не должны бояться этого слова) правительством Украины против народа Новороссии – Русского народа, который выбрал свободу вместо тирании. Short Preamble: This letter must stand on its own. It was written by the collective of publishers of Vineyardsaker.fr and Vineyardsaker.ru and published on the respective websites, as well as by the Vineyard Saker on his original blog The Vineyard of the Saker. I support The Vineyard Saker implicitly in his initiatives and collaborate with him in our joint project to break through the propaganda blockade of Western media with respect to the war in Novorossiya being fought by the Nazi (we should not shy away from this word) government of Ukraine against the people of Novorossiya – Russian people who chose freedom over tyranny. As the majority of the readers of this blog are English-speakers, the French-language original of the letter is published at the end. Kindly, distribute as far and wide as possible. My gratitude goes to my dear friend, the Vineyard Saker, for alerting me to this communique.

Дорогие Русские и Русскоязычные Друзья, добро пожаловать! Мы, люди, живущие на Западе, приветствуем вас. И мы бесконечно рады, что наконец-то можем сказать вам: “НЕТ, ДАЛЕКО НЕ КАЖДЫЙ ИЗ НАС ПРОТИВ ВАС”. Нам очень важно, чтобы вы знали, были уверены и понимали, что здесь, во Франции, и не только во Франции, нас очень много, и наше несогласие с тем, что наши “лидеры” говорят и делают “от нашего имени”, постоянно растёт. То, что для вас является нормальным положением вещей, для многих из нас – это маленький подвиг, учитывая массовую пропаганду наших Западных СМИ, абсолютно всех, в течение нескольких десятилетий. Учитывая, что ваш Президент и другие руководители России систематически и неоднократно преподносятся нам как недемократичные и расчётливые монстры, как злоумышленники, мотивированные исключительно враждебными намерениями по отношению к нам. ДА, НАС ГЛУБОКО ЗАБОТИТ СУДЬБА ДОНБАССА И УКРАИНЫ! И даже больше: мы переживаем каждый день за Новороссию. Зачастую нас обуревают гнев и печаль от созерцания злодеяний, совершаемых там, в то время как наши “политики” замалчивают всякую ответственность за них, даже если не поощряют их открыто. Всего лишь ещё один маленький подвиг, учитывая, что Новороссии не существует, по крайней мере ни для наших СМИ, ни для наших лидеров, а существует только восточная Украина, место, где, как нам объясняют, все было бы хорошо, если бы не горстка ожесточённых сепаратистов, настроенных весьма враждебно против Европы. Учитывая также, что в этой стране почти ничего не происходит (я говорю “почти”, потому что, если верить нашим газетам, радио или телеканалам, всё это дело рук одного только Путина, нового Гитлера, плетущего свои лживые интриги по навязыванию бедной Украине и всему миру необоснованной агрессии и тиранического господства России). Ты говоришь, война? На Украине? Этого не может быть: наши официальные СМИ не упоминают ничего подобного. Полное затмение. Кроме угрозы российской военной агрессии (ничего нового здесь, естественно) и, соответственно, некоторых принимаемых мер (так, ничего необычного) исключительно для наведения порядка, оказавшегося под угрозой опасных сепаратистов в некоторых провинциях. Вот так нам представляются эти события. Многие из нас даже понятия не имеют о том, что там происходит. Но информация, передаваемая из уст в уста, постоянно прогрессирует. И сайты, такие, как, например, этот сайт Балобана (The Saker), вносят всё более весомый вклад в то, чтобы открывать глаза и умы тем, кто ищет, тем, кто потратил усилия на то, чтобы заглянуть за фасад официальной пропаганды и избежать навязываемого ею промывания мозгов. Это явилось основной причиной того, почему появилась необходимость зеркального сайта на французском языке, и почему мы приняли решение внести свой добровольный вклад, чтобы предоставить информацию, которая отсутствует; чтобы озвучить “другую историю”; чтобы опровергнуть ложь, льющуюся потоком день за днём на наших соотечественников. По этой же причине мы приветствуем рождение этого русскоязычного сайта. И вероятность того, что мы (наконец-то!) можем заверить вас, что, несмотря на усилия тех, кто нами управляет (и усилия их хозяев, далее на Запад), несмотря на всех тех, кто упрямо пытается внести и закрепить между нами и Вами вражду, для которой нет никаких оснований, – мы не только не против России и русских людей, мы ясно понимаем, что ваш враг также является нашим врагом. Мы отказываемся ассоциироваться с этим врагом. И мы не принимаем нынешнюю ситуацию, с помощью которой он стремится навязать нам ложь и противостояние. Open letter by Vineyardsaker.fr and Vineyardsaker.ru Publishers to Russian and Russian Speaking People Russian and Russian-speaking friends, welcome to you all! We, people who are living in the west, we salute you. And we are delighted, really delighted, to at last be able to say to you, “NO, NOT EVERY ONE OF US IS AGAINST YOU.” And it is very important to us that you get to know it, that you are convinced of it, that you understand that here, for example in France, but not only in France, there are many of us, and increasingly, that are in complete disagreement with what our “leaders” say and do “in our name.” Which may sound but normal course to you, but think of it though, is for many around here quite a small feat, considering what has been the massive propaganda of our Western media – of all, absolutely all the mainstream media – for several decades. Considering that your president and other leaders of Russia we are presented only – and systematically, and repeatedly –as undemocratic monsters and calculating ones, as attackers only motivated by evil intentions towards us. YES, THE CAUSE OF DONBASS AND UKRAINE WE CARE ABOUT. And much more than that: we tremble every day for Novorossia; oftentimes we are overcome with anger and sorrow when contemplating the atrocities committed there, when hearing such lies as our “politicians” utter to absolve them even if they do not encourage them. Another small feat actually, given that Novorossia does not exist, at least neither for our media nor for our leaders, but only the eastern Ukraine, a place where everything would be fine, we are explained, if it were not that some fierce separatists keep being rife there in a maliciously inclined way towards Europe. And given also that it happens almost nothing in that country (I say almost because, if we believe our newspapers, or our radios, or our TV channels, it reads and sounds like it is simply a matter of one single Putin, a new Hitler, who is deceitfully intriguing to impose on the poor Ukraine as on the entire world an unjustified aggression and a tyrannical Russian domination). Did you say a war? In the Ukraine? That can’t be: our official media do not mention anything like that. A total blackout. Except a threat of a Russian military aggression (nothing new, indeed) and of course some measures being taken (nothing out of the ordinary) only to restore order threatened by virulent separatists in some provinces. That’s how things are presented to us. Many of us actually have no idea what is happening there. Word-of-mouth progresses though. And sites like the Saker’s one increasingly contribute to open the eyes and minds of those who seek, those who bother to go and have a look behind the official information, to get around such propaganda and brainwashing as are imposed on us. This is primarily the reason why the mirror site in French language was wanted, and why we chose to contribute voluntarily: to provide information that is missing; to sound a different story; to refute the lies that our compatriots are showered with day after day. And this is also why we welcome the birth of this Russian-speaking site. And the possibility that we are (finally!) given to assure you – despite the efforts of those who govern us (and the efforts of their masters, even more to the west), despite all those who are struggling to try to establish and consolidate between us and you a kind of enmity that has no reason to be – not only that we are not against Russia or against the Russians, but that we instead understand that your enemy is also our enemy. To this enemy we refuse to associate. And we do not accept the present situation by which it seeks to impose lie and antagonism. Our institutions and many other things unfortunately are under its control. But our minds are not. And, most of all, our hearts are not either! [Lettre Ouverte] Amis Russes et Russophones, Bonjour !
Nous vous saluons, nous, gens qui vivons à l’ouest. Et nous sommes ravis, vraiment ravis, de pouvoir enfin vous dire : « NON, TOUS CEUX DE CHEZ NOUS NE SONT PAS CONTRE VOUS. »
Et c’est très important à nos yeux que vous le sachiez, que vous en soyez persuadés, que vous compreniez bien qu’ici, par exemple en France, mais pas seulement, nous sommes nombreux, et de plus en plus, à être en désaccord complet avec ce que nos « dirigeants » disent et font « en notre nom ». Ce qui peut bien sûr vous paraître normal, mais, songez y bien, est pour beaucoup ici un petit exploit, si l’on considère la propagande massive de nos médias de l’ouest – de tous, absolument tous les médias mainstream – depuis plusieurs décennies. Si l’on considère que votre président et les autres dirigeants de la Russie ne nous sont présentés que comme des monstres antidémocrates et calculateurs, des agresseurs, uniquement mus par de mauvaises intentions à notre égard. Et cela systématiquement, et encore et encore.
OUI, LA CAUSE DU DONBASS ET DE L’UKRAINE NOUS SOUCIE. Et plus que cela : nous tremblons chaque jour pour la Novorossia ; la colère nous étreint en contemplant les exactions qui s’y commettent, les mensonges de nos « politiques » qui les absolvent si même ils ne les encouragent pas. Un autre petit exploit, étant donné que la Novorossia n’existe pas, pas pour nos médias, pas pour nos dirigeants, mais seulement l’est de l’Ukraine, où sévissent, nous explique-t-on, des séparatistes acharnés et mal intentionnés à l’égard de l’Europe. Et étant donné aussi qu’il ne se passe presque rien là-bas (je dis presque parce qu’à en croire nos journaux, nos radios, nos chaînes de télévision, ce serait simplement Poutine, en nouvel Hitler, qui intriguerait avec fourberie pour infliger à la pauvre Ukraine et au monde une agression injustifiée et une domination russe tyrannique). Une guerre ? En Ukraine ? Nos médias officiels n’en parlent pas. Black out total. Juste une menace d’agression militaire de la Russie. Et quelques mesures (rien que de très normal) uniquement destinées à rétablir l’ordre menacé par de virulents séparatistes dans certaines provinces. Voilà comment les choses nous sont présentées.
Beaucoup ici n’ont aucune idée de ce qui se passe là-bas. Mais le bouche-à-oreille progresse. Et des sites comme celui du Saker contribuent, de plus en plus, à déciller ceux qui cherchent, ceux qui prennent la peine d’aller voir derrière l’information officielle, de contourner la propagande et le lavage de cerveau qui nous sont imposés.
C’est d’abord pour cela que le site-miroir en langue française a été voulu, que nous avons choisi d’y contribuer bénévolement : pour offrir une information qui manque ; un son de cloche différent ; pour démentir les mensonges dont on abreuve nos compatriotes.
Et c’est aussi pour cela que nous nous réjouissons de la naissance de ce site russophone. Et de la possibilité qui nous est (enfin !) offerte de vous assurer, malgré les efforts déployés par ceux qui nous gouvernent (et par leurs maîtres, encore plus à l’ouest), malgré tous ceux qui s’évertuent à tenter d’instaurer et de consolider entre nous et vous une inimitié qui n’a pas de raison d’être, que non seulement nous ne sommes pas contre la Russie ou contre les Russes, mais que nous avons au contraire bien compris que votre véritable ennemi est aussi notre ennemi. A cet ennemi, nous refusons de nous associer. Et nous n’acceptons pas cette situation de mensonge et d’antagonisme qu’il cherche à imposer.
Nos institutions et bien d’autres choses encore, malheureusement, sont sous son contrôle. Mais nos esprits ne le sont pas. Et, plus que tout, nos cœurs non plus !
